Our refund and returns policy are strict on virtual items. Not all refunds and cancellations will be honoured.

To be eligible for a return or cancellation, you will have need to have purchased a service rather than an account. All accounts are non-refundable.

If you have ordered Gamerscore on an account you own, pleasure ensure that:

  • No work has been completed on the account
  • Give us notice of cancellation in a speedy manner

Refunds

Refunds on service orders in which the buyer wishes to cancel before any work has been made on their account will be refunded in full. We won’t leave you hanging around for your money so you won’t need to open up any disputes with us. We will email you confirming we are refunding you and you will receive your funds back to PayPal within minutes.

Please note that if you pay via card with PayPal rather than balance, the return of your funds will be down to your bank or financial institutes processing times for refunds to credit back to your account.

Gifts & Freebies

Occasionally we will offer free Gamerscore to new customers whether they’ve bought from us or not. You must not use a VPN when grabbing something free. This is to ensure no abuse is made on deals. We strive to offer the best pricing for Gamerscore and are the lowest around. If you try to abuse our freebies, any purchases you make will be cancelled and your money will be refunded as we will cease business with you.

Chargebacks
