Order Statuses

It’s important to understand the order statuses. When placing an order we will begin processing your order. During this stage we will

  • Reach out to you if we require account access
  • Reach out to you if the details you provide don’t work
  • Reach out to you if we require OTP to login and start our work

On Hold

If we have been able to login to your account with details provided your order will remain on hold until we hear back from you to complete your order.

Completed

When your order has been moved to completed it means we have fulfilled your order and is now ready for you

Cancelled

If your order status shows as cancelled it means we are no longer going to continue processing your order. If you have been charged you will receive a refund directly after. For more information about cancellations and refunds click here.
